Welcome as an exhibitor at Martnan in Trondheim
Martnan has a long history in Trondheim,
and is one of the largest markets of its kind in Scandinavia. More than
100.000 visitors and 200 - 300 exhibitors participate every year.
BOOKING INFORMATION
We will publish
the registration
form at www.martnan.no on
March 21st, 09.00 AM. In our online
booking system you get to choose
your spot at Martnan yourself.
There won’t be anyone reviewing
applications at our office. You pay for your chosen spot
with a credit/debit card. The
first one to book a place gets it, we
therefore urge you to book early
if you have particular spot in
mind.
We give a ten percent discount on
bookings placed before May
1st (does not apply to the
registration fee).
After May 1st you can no longer
cancel your reservation and/or
get your money back.
CULTURAL ACTIVITY
There will be cultural happenings
at Torvet during Martnan, we
therefore ask exhibitors who
choose a place close to the stage
(Area A) to be aware of this.
TAX GUIDELINES
All the exhibitors must read and
apply the rules as stated in the
brochure ”Dokumentasjon av kontantsalg” which can
be downloaded here.
CRAFTS, TOURISM, FLOWERS AND
VINTAGE
Some areas of Martnan are reserved
for a particular type of
products. If you book a place where
your products are not
allowed, Martnan will cancel your order and refund
your money.
HUMANITARIAN ORGANIZATIONS/LOTTERIES
As in previous
year, places for lottery sale that benefits humanitarian/beneficial
causes are in Kongens gate East (Area B). The places are 3x3 square
metres, and will be charged NOK 225. The same rules applies to these
stands as the rest of Martnan.
